What You Told Us: Listed below are the results of the various on-line surveys VT M4M has been conducting

MSM Survey Spring 2003

  • Twenty-three men responded to the M4M Survey of men who have sex with men in Vermont. The majority of those who responded self-identified as being gay, were 30 years or older, predominantly white, and living in the Burlington VT area. Respondents also tended to live alone, have college-level education, and have an income of over $24,000. Nearly all respondents were white. The majority knew their HIV status, which in most cases, was negative.

As far as activities people would like to participate in, the most popular was large social events. In terms of health, the three leading health topics of interest were HIV, diet/nutrition, and physical fitness.
